If you are using a voice mail forwarding service , do you get a pager?

If someone is getting a call forwarding service do they get a pager? And what does it cost to the person using the service? why do people get a voice forwarding service to the 866 if they are using their home phone ?

1. Not anymore (unless you want one), now, you just give them you cell phone number. As for the particulars, you would have to call different Services to get their rates and other industry information.
