3. voice messages (voicemail) converted to a companion e-mail. You can select the e-mail aand listen to it (usually wav file format fail attachment to e-mail). So listening to your e-mail is waht it is. When you delete the e-mail it deletes also from the v-mail system. If you listen/delte the v-mail then the e-mail it deleted too. Pricey for a system that you have to ask "do you really need?" Some phone system (PBX) vendors offer with integration to Outlook but some require an additional proprietary mail client. Ugh. I think since the market seems to be driving toward e-mail on your cell phone then the UM market is shrinking. It was all the rage 5 years ago.
